Rates are in U.S. Dollars:


BOOK A 3 NIGHT SAY DURING FEBRUARY OR MARCH 2010 AND PAY JUST $150 PER NIGHT FOR UP TO 6 GUESTS.  Some restrictions apply:  reservations are non-refundable unless we rebook our home, guests in excess of 6 are charged an additional $10/person/night; actual holidays not included, but surrounding days are included in the special!

Holiday Periods .... Most Major Holidays, including, but not limited to:  Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Easter, 4th of July, Labor Day and Memorial Day Weekends are $300+-/night.  There is a 5 night minimum during Christmas; a 4 night minimum New Years, Thanksgiving and Easter and 3 night minimums for Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day Weekends.

Certain seasonal/local events require additional night minimums and rates are increased to $250-$300+/night - call for specific dates and more information.                  

All rates are based on 6 or fewer guests (adults and children).  An additional charge of $10 per person per night for guests 6-9 will be assessed.  There is a maximum of 9 guests permitted at our home, unless prior arrangements are made.  An additional charge of $20 per person per night for guests in excess of 9 will be assessed.  Extra guest must be approved in writing, in advance.

A $250.00 deposit is required to hold the date/rate.  It converts to a security deposit upon check-in.  Deposit is returned provided our home is left in same condition as arrival, less the usual and customary cleaning.

A $95 cleaning fee is required for 6 or fewer guests.  Additional cleaning fee may be collected if there are greater than 6 guests. 

Please add a 8% Del Norte County Bed Tax to all rates

We prefer payment by personal checks, cash or BANK cashier's checks.  We also accept all major credit cards with a nominal handling fee, that is currently 3% of the total amount charged.

Until confirmed with booking, all rates are subject to change without notice.

Because many summer renters book far in advance, the following applies for arrival dates between
April 1 - September 30, and Holiday Periods :  the deposit and 1/2 rental total is due within 3 days of verbal booking, and the balance is due 60 days before arrival, or at the time of booking, whichever is later. 

For reservations throughout the remainder of the year, the deposit is due within 3 days of verbal booking; 1/2 of the total rental is due 60 days before arrival, and the balance due 30 days before arrival. 

For reservations made within 60 days of arrival, the deposit and 1/2 the rental total is due within 3 days and the balance due 30 days prior to arrival. 

For reservations made within 30 days of arrival, payment in full is due within 3 days of the verbal booking, if the arrival date is at least 2 weeks away from date of booking.  If within 2 weeks, payment in full is due at the time of booking by credit card & the handling fee applies.
